next project: CAULFIELD'S...

i'm currently busting my chops on a new project which i'm totally passionate about. last month i jumped ship from working with the standard hotels and now am working with the thompson hotel in beverly hills as their culture director. phase one of my role starts this week with the soon-to-be open CAULFIELD'S restaurant (named after j.d salinger's hero from 'catcher in the rye', holden caulfield). interestingly, the news made it to this week's issue of the hollywood reporter...like the motto goes: "we're here for a good time not a long time."
